Nimi
Hehkua Consulting on yhden naisen yritys. Olen kehittämisen asiantuntija ja sertifioitu projektijohtamisen ammattilainen. Koulutustaustani on taloustieteestä ja johtamis- ja hallintotieteistä. Toiselta ammatiltani olen sisustussuunnittelija ja hyödynnän ihmislähtöistä muotoiluajattelua kaikessa tekemisessäni.
Muutoksessa on voimaa, joka kannattaa suunnata kohti parempaa tulevaa.
Kun jotain kehitetään, syntyy muutosta. Kun tapahtuu muutosta, syntyy mahdollisuus kehittää. Kaikenkokoisten muutosten johtamiseen liittyy sekä tekninen, taloudellinen että inhimillinen näkökulma. Ne ovat erottamatta kytköksissä toisiinsa.
Tarjoan osaamistani niin pienempiin kehittämis- ja sparraustarpeisiin kuin laajempiin, monimutkaisempiin kehittämisprojekteihin. Hyödynnän verkostoani ja etsin projektisi avuksi kaiken tarvittavan asiantuntemuksen.
